PhD and Post-doc position on genetic diseases

Our group, together with multiple groups in Europe and the awarded various grants 2022 and 2024. The projects involve collaboration with experimentalists and other bioinformatics groups from around Europe and involve investigating variants related to ciliary diseases. There is much scope for method development and the interrogation of large omics datasets using AI/ML.
